WATER WATER WATER
Just like a plant, WATER yourself. That’s a metaphor that makes sense.
- Drink a big glass of water
- Take a Cold Shower (if you can)
- Use Ice Cubes to Depuff your face and eyes area
Your body is essentially composed of water, so fuel it with a daily intake of up to 2 L a day. Starting with a glass of water each morning really helps. A cold or warm but certainly not hot shower, is one of the best ways to energize your body and mind to start fresh! If you don’t have time, just splash cold water on your face every morning. It will reduces puffiness and start the moisturizing process. A tip I learned from my Mom, was to use an ice cube on my face until it melts down. Best trick ever…
ULTIMATE BEAUTY ROUTINE STEP

In order, to keep a healthy looking skin, and look less tired, a good moisturizer cream is a must have! The Dr Jart+ one is an affordable (39€ on Sephora.fr) and really efficient cream for the Winter Season. As it’s name suggests, it’s a shield and it will help retain hydrated skin. I prefer to use it at night before I go to bed. It smells divine and I like to think of it as a hydrating super mask!
Seasonly.fr, is a clean French brand that creates bespoke skincare based on your needs and the season. I highly recommend their products as they offer their customers a bespoke product designed and created with clean ingredients for 39€ as well. Everyone knows I am a packaging addict, the personalization of the bottle with my name on it for example makes a world of a difference for me!
Having received a lot of messages about this topic when you saw my stories using eye patches, I had to end my post with this fantastic invention. If you don’t want to use cucumber slices or tea bags on your eyes, then I suggest you invest in eye patches.
My favorites are the DetoxifEYE from PIXI (23€) and the KIKO energizing Eye Patch (2,99€). The first option offers 30 pairs which is less expensive obviously but the Kiko pair is very efficient as well. In both case, just use them after you washed your face and used a toner.
